The Dragon Strand Large Hybrid Atrium Enclosure is designed to be the perfect lifetime cage for a Panther, Veiled, or Jackson’s chameleon. Now you have the space within the cage to create microclimates and a varied landscape. The enclosure comes with a total of eight dragon ledges ensuring that, even in this large format, you will be able to install horizontal branches and mount potted plants.
The sides and back are solid white PVC with the front two main doors, top front panel, and bottom service door being acrylic. These solid sides hold in humidity and allow you have more control over the internal humidity. The middle front panel and the entire top panel are screen allowing the cage to ventilate using the chimney effect.
This product is the cage and drainage tray.
This bundle includes a cage, a drainage tray, and a drip easy screen floor that can replace your solid white PVC floor.

Description
The Large Hybrid Atrium Enclosure
The Large Atrium Enclosure is the best production cage available for chameleons. At 46.75″ wide x 48″ high x 23″ deep, it combines both width and height to give your chameleon three dimensions to move about and choose from multiple perching and hiding spots.
This product has been updated to have the following configuration:
Front: Acrylic doors with one middle front panel screen
Sides: white PVC
Back: white PVC
Top: Screen
The screen middle front panel and top panel allow ventilation due to the chimney effect
It contains the following standard features:
1. Solid Back and Side Panels. Enclosing the Large Atrium with three sides of PVC produces subtle changes in cage dynamics.
- Dense planting works hand in hand with the cage walls to retain humidity.
- The PVC walls provide surfaces for easy mounting of plants, cork, or any other wall coverings.
- Solid walls are also a tool for creating areas for visual security for the chameleon.
2. Dragon Ledges. Patented Dragon Ledges are included standard which allows ample surfaces and nooks for you to anchor branches and potted plants. These provide the tools for you to create a floating garden above the floor for your chameleon to live and thrive. A full canopy with a floor clear of obstructions is now possible. Each side panel has two horizontal Dragon Ledges and each of the two back panels have two vertical Dragon Ledges. In total you have eight anchors spread throughout the enclosure for you to create a beautiful interior.
3. Screen Double Doors. A French door design gives you access to the entire cage width.
4. Service Door. The screen flip up service door on the bottom allows access to the cage bottom for maintenance without disrupting the entire cage. The floor panel can be easily removed for cleaning.
5. Three Hydration Mounts. Hydration mounts are included to allow the mounting of industry standard misting nozzles (misting nozzles are not included). Mist King and Cli-Mist nozzles can be directly attached while there is also a grommeted hole for 1/4″ tubing to accommodate the inclusion of a plant drip system or entry for the Exo-Terra Monsoon misting system. The unique design of the Dragon Strand Hydration Mount allows it to be mounted anywhere along the underside of the top panel – not just the corners. This becomes important in wide format cages as we need the ability to mount our misters in the middle front of the cage for proper coverage.
