The Dragon Strand Hydration Mount was design to meet the needs of wide format caging and the ability to add a plant watering drip system.
- The Hydration Mount is able to be mounted anywhere along the inside of the top frame. This allows us more freedom when we are placing our mist heads in the right spot in wide format cages such as the Atrium series.
- The main mist head hole is compatible with standard Mist King and Cli-Mist misting nozzles.
- The secondary hole is grommeted and is designed to allow 1/4″ tubing inside the cage. This tubing can be drip system tubing to keep your plants alive or else it can be the entry point for the Exo_Terra Monsoon misting system. The mist nozzle will not mount to this hole, but this hole allows the mist nozzle to be connected inside the cage.
- The secondary hole comes with a grommet that will allow you to cover loose screen threads from the process of poking a hole in the screen cage top.
